Runtime 0.9.6.1.3. Pin this patch (or later on the 0.9.6.1 line) if you hit options-store index errors or overlapping Ecosystem Rewards rolls.

Fix predictor.param.lookup.default JSON formatting that caused index creation errors with Dynamic Recommenders.
Prevent learning iterations from overlapping when using Ecosystem Rewards (binaryThompson).
