Workers
Workers are integration and processing components around the Runtime and Server: file services, generative model serving, and agent configuration. They are not the scoring engine. Scoring, plugins, MCP, and campaign tests live in Runtime.
Worker types
- Data workers — ingest and prepare corpora, feature stores, and files for deployments.
- Prediction workers — call the Runtime closed loop (
POST /invocations, thenPOST /response). - Algorithm workers — training and enrichment jobs (Server / Workbench), not in-request scoring.
