How to get it
- Create and save a Financial configuration.
- Enable: Financial family growth.
- Run the job and wait until completed.
- Open Reports (
/reports), select that job, and choose this type.

The family was off, mappings were incomplete, or the step failed. Check job logs and Analysis & LLM. Skipped Financial KPIs mean unmapped fields, not zeros.
How to read
NRR includes expansion of the retained cohort (new logos excluded). GRR is the retention floor without expansion. Expansion/contraction only applies to identities in both periods.
